Shipping policy

1 - DELIVERY 

Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday until 12 p.m., orders placed after 12 p.m. on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

The preparation time before shipping is 1 to 2 working days.

During peak periods (sales, holiday periods, etc.), the time it takes to prepare and ship your order may be slightly longer.

Home delivery will be made during business hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Delivery in a post office relay point will be made during working hours, from Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays.

France :

Home delivery - delivery with signature : will be made during working hours, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. The delivery time in metropolitan France is 2 to 3 working days (5 to 7 working days for Corsica) after shipment.

Delivery to La Poste relay point and post office : will be carried out during working hours, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days (5 to 7 working days for Corsica) after shipment. 

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Switzerland : 

Delivery to homes and relay points (outside Switzerland) – delivery with signature will be made during working hours, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in 3-5 working days (excluding specific territories and customs clearance time).

Other countries :

Home delivery – delivery against signature : will be made during working hours, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays from 6 working days depending on the destination.

Orders over €135 including VAT (one hundred and thirty-five euros including all taxes) (excluding shipping costs) are exempt from shipping costs, for delivery in mainland France (including Corsica).

Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes. The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when placing the order.

Please take into account the following information:

  • The times indicated do not take into account possible delays related to payment authorizations.
  • Orders will be processed according to the Terms and Conditions of Sales.
  • We cannot change the delivery address indicated in the order after shipment.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Home delivery in metropolitan France : €5.99

Pickup point : from €5.99

Delivery Europe : from €7.99 including VAT depending on the country of destination.

International delivery : from €25 including tax depending on the country of destination.

TAXES & DUTIES

The taxes are already included in the price of the product, on the other hand the customs duties, the extra community VAT, and the expenses of files related to the passage in customs remain with the load of the customer.

2 - TERMS OF RETURN

 

We do not offer exchanges, only refunds.

You have a period of 30 days following the reception of your order to inform us of your wish to return and return a partial or full order.

In accordance with the general conditions of sale, only unworn, unstained, undamaged, unwashed items returned with the labels, bag/pouch/cover intact, will be accepted.

The returned items must be in a condition to be resold.

The shipping costs for exchange or refund are charged to the customer.

We advise the client to send your return with a follow-up, and to keep the documents concerning it, in order to follow the evolution of the delivery, until the notification of reception by our services.

Returns are made EXCLUSIVELY by mail, returns in relay point and in store are not available. 

4 - After reception and treatment of your parcel by our services, and under reserve that the return is in conformity with the modalities of return above, the refunding will be carried out within a maximum of 14 days after reception of your parcel in our warehouse on the method of payment used at the time of the purchase (Paypal or Credit card)Depending on the client bank's processing time, it may take 3-4 working days for the refund to appear in his/her bank account.

In case of a return from a country subject to customs duties, the Customer must mention that it is a return of goods on the customs declaration.
