Shipping and return

Orders can be delivered in Europe 

Standard delivery will be made during business hours, Monday to Saturday, outside statutory holidays.

Delivery to DPD Relay Point will be made during business hours, Monday to Friday, outside weekends and holidays.

Delivery to relay and post office will be operated during business hours, Monday to Saturday, outside statutory holidays.

  • Standard delivery: All orders made before 8AM working days will be given to our delivery partner on the same day. However, orders made after 8AM will be shipped the next working day. They are usually delivered within 72h; for France only.
  • Delivery relay and post office:  All orders made before 8AM working days will be given to our delivery partner on the same day. However, orders made after 8AM will be shipped the next working day. They are usually delivered within 48h, for France Only
  • International shipping: All orders made before 8AM working days will be given to our delivery partner on the same day. However, orders made after 8AM will be shipped the next working day. They are usually delivered within 4 working days for Europe (+ custom time for overseas).
  • A free shipping discount is given for any order to be delivered in France, above 199€
  • No order can be delivered in PO boxes

Please note the following information:

  • Although our goal is to deliver your parcel within these delivery deadline, they are not warrantied. 
  • These delivery deadlines do not include possible delay due to granted payment.
  • Order will be treated according to our Terms of sales
  • We cannot change the delivery address after shipping.

TAXES AND DUTY

Taxes are already included in the price of the product, but customs duties, extra Community VAT and customs handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

You have a period of 14 days following the reception of your order to inform us of your wish to return part or all of your order. You must then return the items to us within 14 days of sending your cancellation.

In accordance with the general conditions of sale, only items not worn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with the label and the intact pocket will be accepted. Returned articles will have to be fit to be resold

You must first generate a return request via your customer account in the "History and details of my orders", select the type of return: Exchange or refund, and then generate the return request.

 A request is then transmitted to us.

You have the choice:

  • To be refunded, without penalties
  • To exchange your item for a different size and/or color

We can’t make a model exchange, only exchanges of size and/or color are possible.

The shipping costs for exchange or refund are the responsibility of the customer.

For each return, it is imperative to join the invoice you can print from your "Client Account" and to annotate your choice (Exchange or refund). In exchange, you must indicate the size and/or color you want in exchange on the invoice. 

In case of return from a country concerned by customs duties, an agreement between the customer and the seller will have to be concluded for the terms of return.
