Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday until 12 noon. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.

The preparation time before shipping is 1 to 2 working days.

Home delivery will be made during business hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Delivery in DPD point relay will be made during working hours, from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.

Delivery in a post office relay point will be made during working hours, from Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays.

  • Home delivery - delivery against signature: The delivery time in metropolitan France is 2 to 3 working days (5 to 7 working days for Corsica) after shipment. 
  • Point relais DPD : The delivery time in France is 2 to 3 working days (5 to 7 working days for Corsica) after shipment.
  • Point relais La Poste and in Post Office in France: The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days (5 to 7 working days for Corsica) after shipment.
  • Orders over 120,00€ (excluding shipping) are exempt from shipping costs, for delivery in metropolitan France.
  • Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.

Please take into account the following information:

  • The times indicated do not take into account possible delays due to payment authorizations.
  • Orders will be processed according to the Terms and Conditions of Sales.
  • We cannot change the delivery address indicated in the order after shipment.

TAXES & DUTIES

The taxes are already included in the price of the product, on the other hand the customs duties, the extra community VAT, and the expenses of files related to the passage in customs remain with the load of the customer.

TERMS OF RETURN

We do not offer exchanges, only refunds.

You have a period of 30 days following the reception of your order to inform us of your wish to return and return a partial or full order.

Exceptionally, for Christmas shopping, all orders placed between November 1, 2021 and December 11, 2021 can be returned up to and including January 11, 2021. (subject to respecting the conditions of return below).

In accordance with the general conditions of sale, only unworn, unstained, undamaged, unwashed items returned with the labels, bag/pouch/cover intact, will be accepted.

The returned items must be in a condition to be resold.

The shipping costs for exchange or refund are charged to the customer.

1 - In your customer account in the "Order history and details", click on the details of the order concerned by your return.

2 - Choose the product you wish to return, then, generate the return request by clicking on "Send back a product".

A request is then transmitted to us. Your return request is displayed in your customer account under the heading "Merchandise returns", with the status: "Awaiting confirmation".

3 - After the validation of your request, the status of your return request changes to : "Awaiting package", you can then send us the package, following the procedures below.

The shipping costs are charged to the customer. The return is made under the responsibility of the customer, NIMA SARL can not be held responsible in case of loss or theft. We advise you to send your return with a follow-up, and to keep the documents concerning it, in order to follow the evolution of the delivery, until the reception notification by our services.

Returns are made EXCLUSIVELY by mail, returns in relay point and in store are not available.

For each return, it is imperative to join :

  • form that can be downloaded, once your return request has been accepted, from "Merchandise returns ".

OR

  • the invoice that you can print from your "Customer Account". 

4 - After your package has been processed by our services, the status of your return request in your customer account changes to "Return for refund".

Refunds are made on the method of payment used at the time of purchase (Paypal or credit card), within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your package in our warehouse.

In case of a return from a country subject to customs duties, the Customer must mention that it is a return of goods on the customs declaration. Otherwise, the customs duties relating to this return will be borne exclusively by the Customer, the customs declaration. The customer may be charged for the customs fees related to the return. 

5 - The status of your return request will change to "return completed" when the new product has been shipped to you, or the refund order has been given.

Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take 3-4 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
