Shipping and return
Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday until 8am. Orders placed after 8am on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.
The preparation time before shipment is 2 to 3 working days.
Orders can be delivered in Europe
Standard delivery will be made during business hours, Monday to Saturday, outside statutory holidays.
Delivery to DPD Relay Point will be made during business hours, Monday to Friday, outside weekends and holidays.
Delivery to relay and post office will be operated during business hours, Monday to Saturday, outside statutory holidays.
- Standard delivery: The delivery time in metropolitan France is 2 to 3 working days (5 to 7 working days for Corsica) after shipment.
- Delivery relay and post office: The delivery time in metropolitan France is 2 to 3 working days (5 to 7 working days for Corsica) after shipment.
- International shipping: Delivery times depend on the country
- A free shipping discount is given for any order to be delivered in France, above 199€
- No order can be delivered in PO boxes
Please note the following information:
- These delivery deadlines do not include possible delay due to granted payment.
- Order will be treated according to our Terms of sales
- We cannot change the delivery address after shipping.

TAXES AND DUTY
Taxes are already included in the price of the product, but customs duties, extra Community VAT and customs handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You have a period of 14 days following the reception of your order to inform us of your wish to return part or all of your order. You must then return the items to us within 14 days of sending your cancellation.
In accordance with the general conditions of sale, only items not worn, unstained, not damaged, and returned in their original packaging (plastic bag, box...) with the label pouch / kit intact will be accepted. For the models 3945TAK, 3945TAM, 3945TAW in limited edition, the figurine must also be returned to us, this one being inseparable from the down jacket.
The returned items must be in a condition to be resold.
Shipping costs for exchange or refund are at the customer's expense.
1 - You must first generate a return request via your customer account in the "Order history and details", select the type of return after having clicked on the details of the order concerned.
You have the choice:
- To be refunded
- To exchange your item for a different size and/or color
We can't exchange models, only size and/or color exchanges of the initial model are possible.
In the case of an exchange, please specify in the message section, what size and/or colour you would like in exchange. Then, generate the return request by clicking on "Request a return". A request is then sent to us. Your return request is displayed in your customer account under "Merchandise returns", with the status: "En attente de confirmation".
The shipping costs for exchange or refund are the responsibility of the customer.
2 - After the validation of your request, the status of your return request changes to: "En attente du colis", you can then send us the package with your return form inside, following the procedures below.
The return is made under the responsibility of the customer, NIMA SARL can not be held responsible, in case of loss or theft. We advise you to send your return with a follow-up, and to keep the documents concerning it, in order to follow the evolution of the delivery, until the notification of receipt by our services.
Returns are EXCLUSIVELY by post, returns at relay points and in stores are not available.

For each return, it's imperative to join :
- the downloadable return form, once your return request has been accepted, from "Merchandise returns".
- the invoice that you can print from your account
And to annotate your choice (Exchange or refund). In the case of an exchange, you must indicate the size and/or colour you want in exchange on the return form and/or invoice.
If you re-use the white plastic transport envelope, be careful not to close it with staples and hide the barcode from the label of the first shipment.
3 - Upon receipt of your package by our services, the status of your return request in your customer account changes to "Colis reçu".
Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your package in our warehouse on the payment method used during the purchase (Paypal or Credit Card).
Exchanges are shipped within a maximum of 10 days (Monday to Friday) after receipt of your package (subject to availability of the desired item).
In case of return from a country concerned by customs duties, an agreement between the customer and the seller will have to be concluded for the return modalities. Returns must be made by mentioning that it is a return of goods on the customs declaration. The customs fees related to the return may be charged to the customer.
4 - The status of your return request changes to "Retour terminé" when your exchange has been sent to you, or the refund order has been given.
